ORDERING ONLINE

We offer secure ordering online and acknowledge all orders by email within 24 hours. When ordering custom gift baskets online, you can choose to pay by personal or business check, or use a major credit card like Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover or MasterCard.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

We will call you after you submit your order online, by phone, fax or email. We do this to make sure we understand which gift item you want, if you'd like to include gift cards, whether we're shipping all gifts to one location or to multiple addresses and when you want your gifts to arrive.

Next, we will send you an ORDER CONFIRMATION. It is important that you review this Confirmation, as this represents our understanding of your Order. Production will begin after we receive cleared funds via major credit card or check.

MINIMUM ORDER

Each gift has a Minimum Order. Ordering less-than-minimum is not possible between November 25 - December 17. See additional charges below.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS, LARGER QUANTITY & CUSTOM QUOTES

We offer quantity discounts for volume purchases of the same item. We cannot offer combined item quantity discounts. If you require quantities greater than shown, please call us Toll Free 1-888-278-7811 and we will promptly provide a written Quotation.

EVENTS AND YOUR IN-HANDS DATE

If you are ordering custom Gifts for an upcoming event, it is very important that you let us know the date of your event. When ordering online, we have a field set up just for this. Knowing your Event Date helps us get your gifts to you when you need them.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most custom gifts an unimprinted gifts are ready to ship within 5 business days after recipt of Order, Artwork, signed Order Confirmation, proof approvals, greeting cards, shipping instructions and cleared funds. If we are shipping gifts to individual recipients, your gifts will be ready for shipment 10 days after we receive your shipping list with correct addresses and zip codes.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges are charges over and above the listed Item price.
  • Art Charge (for converting a jpg to a format we can use): $45
  • Copy Change: $37.50
  • Second position imprint: $4 each
  • Oversized Imprints (Wooden Collector's Boxes only): $62.50 per Order
  • Order Changes: $30 after Order Confirmation.
  • Order Cancellation (in addition to cost of work already completed): $125.
  • LESS THAN MINIMUM
    We can only offer lss-than-minimum orders from December 17 through November 24.

    • Unimprinted: $20 per Gift

    • Cards to be matched to specific recipients: $2.50 each
    • Cards to be enclosed in provided envelopes: $0.75 each
  • SHIPPING
    Most carriers do not guarantee shipping time during December.
    • Preparation of Bills of Lading or Airbills: $6.25
    • Multiple Ship Dates Requested: $12.50 per shipment
    • Other Carriers: $75
    • Zip Code Corrections and Look-Ups: $5 each
    • Bulk Drop Shipment: $4 per Carton
    • Individual Drop Shipment directly to Recipient: $4 per Carton
  • FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: Because of changes in US Customs procedures, foreign shipments to countries other than Canada can no longer be accomodated.
    The charges below are in addition to carrier's shipping and handling charges and are per location:
    • US Mail: $12.50
    • UPS & Federal Express: $50
    • Other Carriers: $75

TERMS

All orders require payment prior to production. We will accept your personal check, your business check or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We do not offer credit or invoicing.

Your credit card statement will read, "Food Gift Gourmet."


CHANGES TO ORDERS IN PRODUCTION

Changes to orders already in production will most-likely result in delayed shipment and will require additional charges. All changes to orders must be in writing. If you need to make a change, please call us first (1-888-278-7811) and then follow up with a request in writing via Fax (1-866-251-5616) or Email (info@mapleridgefarmsgifts.com).

ORDER CHANGES: CHARGES

The charge for changing an order that is in production is $30, plus the cost of any work that must be redone (for example, changes to imprint or art). This includes changes in quantity, method of shipping, ship date, address, item, or imprint. We cannot make changes to orders within 48 hours of shipment.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT TERMS

All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.

All freight charges and applicable duty and taxes are extra. Title of goods passes to you, our Customer, at the time the merchandise is assigned to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route. Foreign Shipments incur additional charges per shipment as listed above.

USING YOUR UPS OR FEDEX ACCOUNT

Please let us know if you would like to ship your order using your UPS or FedEx account. You must provide your account number when you place your Order.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Yes, we offer Split Shipments. If you would like us to ship to mutiple locations (like your place of business and your Customers' places of business), please let us know via Telephone or Email. Please see additional charges above.

RETURNS / DAMAGES / LOSS CLAIMS

You should inspect your Order upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is a problem. All requests for returns be made in writing within 5 days of receipt and require a Return Authorization. No merchandise may be returned without an authorization in writing. Credit will not be issued for returns made without a return authorization. Because of their perishable nature, smoked meats and cheeses cannot be returned for credit.

All claims for goods damaged in transit or for delayed delivery must be filed by the recipient with the carrier upon receipt. We are not responsible for common carrier mistakes.

LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of a shipment and shall, in no case, exceed the amount charged for goods.
